Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or text-message program of Sculpt by Iz ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide non-invasive body contouring services, esthetic treatments, and professional trainings. Services are subject to availability and the policies posted at the time of booking. Results vary by individual; we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

  • Appointments are booked through Square Appointments.
  • A valid payment method is required to reserve an appointment. Buy-now-pay-later options (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay) may be available at checkout.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee. No-shows may be charged the full session price.
  • All sales of packages, courses, and trainings are final and non-refundable.

4. Health Disclaimer

Our services are non-medical and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You agree to disclose all relevant health conditions before treatment. Consult a licensed physician if you have any medical concerns.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, course materials, and curriculum , is the property of Sculpt by Iz and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpt by Iz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

SMS Terms of Service

The following terms govern our text-message program and apply in addition to the Terms above.

8.1 Program Description

Mayra Isabel Mendez, doing business as SCULPT by IZ (Sculpt Body Contouring & More), may send two separate types of SMS text messages, each only with your consent: (a) transactional/informational SMS text messages you request, such as booking links, appointment details, and replies to your questions; and (b) promotional/marketing SMS text messages, such as offers and service updates.

8.2 How to Opt In and Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to opt in to or participate in the SMS program.

  • Website opt-in: on our SMS Opt-In page, enter your name and mobile number and check one or both optional boxes. The boxes are unchecked by default, and each covers only the purpose it describes. Marketing messages are sent only if you check the marketing box.
  • Requested link by phone or text: if you contact SCULPT by IZ and ask us to text you a specific link (for example, a booking link), you consent to receive that requested informational message at your number. This does not enroll you in marketing messages. Our automated receptionist answers calls, and its ability to text requested links is being configured. Once that texting is available, before sending anything the receptionist will confirm your mobile number, state the purpose of the message, note that message and data rates may apply and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and obtain your clear affirmative permission. It will then send only the link you requested — never marketing messages. Until that texting is available, link requests are handled by our studio.

By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

8.3 Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

8.4 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Informational messages are sent as requested.

8.5 Opt Out, STOP

You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

8.6 Help, HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at sculptbcandmore@gmail.com or (424) 310-4219.

8.7 Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8.8 Privacy & Data Sharing

Your mobile information, including phone number and opt-in status, will be used solely to operate our SMS Program. We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes; information is shared only with service providers as needed to deliver our messages. 8.9 Changes

We may modify or terminate the SMS Program at any time without notice. We will post any updated terms here with a new "Effective date."
