Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or text-message program of Sculpt by Iz ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide non-invasive body contouring services, esthetic treatments, and professional trainings. Services are subject to availability and the policies posted at the time of booking. Results vary by individual; we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

  • Appointments are booked through Square Appointments.
  • A valid payment method is required to reserve an appointment. Buy-now-pay-later options (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay) may be available at checkout.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee. No-shows may be charged the full session price.
  • All sales of packages, courses, and trainings are final and non-refundable.

4. Health Disclaimer

Our services are non-medical and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You agree to disclose all relevant health conditions before treatment. Consult a licensed physician if you have any medical concerns.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, course materials, and curriculum , is the property of Sculpt by Iz and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpt by Iz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

SMS Terms of Service

The following terms govern our text-message program and apply in addition to the Terms above.

8.1 Program Description

Sculpt by Iz offers a text-message program ("SMS Program") to send appointment reminders, customer-care messages, follow-ups, promotional offers, and service updates to clients and prospective clients who opt in.

8.2 How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Sculpt by Iz by:

  • Submitting your mobile number through a form on our website (booking, contact, or newsletter) and checking the SMS-consent box, or
  • Texting a keyword (e.g. JOIN) to our published business number, or
  • Verbally consenting in-studio and confirming via a double opt-in text we send to your number.

By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and you are at least 18 years old.

8.3 Consent

Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.

8.4 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive transactional messages (e.g. appointment confirmations) plus up to approximately 4-8 marketing messages per month.

8.5 Opt Out, STOP

You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

8.6 Help, HELP

8.7 Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8.8 Privacy & Data Sharing

Your mobile information, including phone number and opt-in status, will be used solely to operate our SMS Program. We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with subprocessors (such as Twilio) strictly to deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8.9 Changes

We may modify or terminate the SMS Program at any time without notice. We will post any updated terms here with a new "Effective date."
