What's included?
Each session is a custom one-hour treatment for your chosen area, using services included in the custom treatment menu. Stretch mark revision is not included in memberships.
How does billing work, and is there a minimum term?
Memberships require a three-month minimum commitment, with no exceptions. Billing is automatic each month to the card on file through Stripe.
How do I book my sessions?
Book through our usual Square booking flow and review the booking policy before you continue. Book an appointment.
How do the EMS benefits work?
The Three Sessions membership includes a complimentary additional EMS area during an EMS treatment on one monthly visit; the Four Sessions membership includes it on two monthly visits. EMS upgrades expire each month and do not roll over.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Yes. Unused regular sessions roll over without expiring while your membership is active.
Can I pause my membership?
After the initial three months, you may pause for up to three months with at least seven days' notice before your next billing date. Banked sessions stay on hold and can't be used until your membership resumes.
How do I cancel my membership?
After the initial three months, you may cancel with at least seven days' notice before your next billing date. After cancellation, you have thirty days to use your remaining sessions; after that, they expire.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to keep your session credit. Cancellations or reschedules with less notice forfeit the session.
Is stretch mark revision included?
No. Stretch mark revision is not part of memberships. Learn about stretch mark revision.
